30-day returns
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your goods. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with original tags attached.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Contact us with details of the issue. Opening packaging or trying on an item to identify a defect does not remove your eligibility for assistance. We pay return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After your refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
